Treatment Planning, Case Management,

Intake & Assessment                         $150 Per 60 Minutes 

Individual Counseling Session        $125 Per 60 Minutes 

Case Management                              $125 Per 60 Minutes

Group Counseling                                $90 Per 60 Minutes

Treatment Planning                            $150 Per 60 Minutes

SLIDING SCALE FEE SCHEDULE

To qualify for a sliding scale fee, clients must provide documentation verifying their income. Yancey Outreach International, Inc., a non-profit organization Hardship Committee will review requests for special circumstance discounts on a case-by-case basis. Payments for cash pay services must be made prior to receiving services, with options for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment schedules.
