Our Intensive Outpatient program is best suited for clients who believe they can stay clean and sober during treatment without attending residential treatment. Clients will receive a concentrated, focused program of group therapy, individual therapy, and continued evaluation. This program includes intensive treatment and follow up treatment in the form of Relapse Prevention Planning as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, along with Moral Recognition Therapy. The program starts out several times per week, Group Therapy Three (3) Times per week. Individual Therapy one (1) per week and lessens as clients progress in their recovery. Treatment is a maximum of 180 days; clients will participate in multiple different evidence based therapeutic interventions.
Individual therapy sessions are held once per week or more based on client assessment. Individual therapy is held a minimum of one (1) time per week 50 to 60 minutes per session, mornings or evening for clients that are employed during the day. Over the course of IOP treatment, clients will participate in 20 to 24 individual therapy sessions over a period of 24 weeks.
Individual therapy sessions help clients to process their feelings and experiences in a private setting with an assigned chemical dependency counselor. These sessions can be a time for men and women to talk about their recovery journeys and establish goals for their futures.
Group therapy provide our clients with the support and encouragement they need. Group therapy sessions are held three (3) times per week 3 hours per session, Mornings or evening for clients that are employed during the day.
Over the course of IOP treatment, clients will participate in maximum of 36 group therapy sessions over the first 90 days and a maximum of 24 group therapy sessions during the next 90 days. While attending these groups, men and women will discuss the following topics:
